Misleading Delivery Information

The Uk website clearly says that dispatch will be 2 days after ordering from Uk warehouse. I then received a tracking notice to say it was leaving Melbourne! Needless to say the parcel did not arrive on time. I contacted customer services twice to see if there was a way of getting a uk despatch but did not receive a reply to either email. Very disappointed
